Beautiful View

Villa is in quiet area at the top of hill above St Aygulf. View of Mountains. Super walking and mountain bike trails are nearby. Easy to contact owner and local manager.

Die Lage ist super, Das Haus ist schön aber es ist keine Luxusvilla. Insbesondere der Grill war dreckig und damit nicht benutzbar. Die Kontaktperson war nur per SMS zu erreichen und war bei Fragen nur bedingt hilfreich. Es wurde nichts vorab erklĂ€rt, man musste grundlegende Dinge, wie Z.B. die MĂŒllentsorgung oder nicht funktionierende Toroffner, selbst herausfinden.

L endroit ou se situe la location est parfait. Une tres belle vue, au calme et a 10mn max de la mer. Aucun pb sur la proprete. Le seul soucis a ete un debut de nid de guepe qui a ete regle dans la journee par le monsieur qui nettoie la piscine. Tres gentil. L arrivee a ete parfaite comme le contact avec marie laure. En conclusion. Rien a dire. Super sejour. Merci a marie laure pour sa disponibilite dans nos echanges.

Bon séjour

SĂ©jour d'une semaine Ă  l'occasion du Roc d'azur. Venus entre amis, les hommes participaient Ă  2 Ă©preuves. Un ravitaillement Ă  200 m de la maison et Ă  2 km de la plage de Saint-Aygulf. La maison est au top pour 6 personnes et au calme. Des petits travaux de rĂ©fection seraient nĂ©cessaires pour ĂȘtre au top.

Un trÚs bon séjour à St Aygulf

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances en famille. La villa est spacieuse, propre, trÚs bien agencée. La piscine est parfaite, bien exposée et son entretien est fait 2 fois par semaine. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le portail et tout à été réglé en trÚs peu de temps. Seul bémol, l'absence de clim ou de ventilateurs. Il a fait particuliÚrement chaud cet été et ça nous a manqué. Mais à part ça, rien à redire. C'était parfait.

Im Grunde eine sehr schöne Villa. Viel Platz. Aber der blĂŒhende Garten war leider sehr ungepflegt. Die Polster auf der Terrasse verschmutzt, genau wie die Terrasse selbst. Haben wir erst einmal gewischt. Der Grill ist von Weber aber leider genauso ungepflegt. Lief nur auf zwei von 5 Flammen.

Belle villa bien située

Belle villa au calme et belle vue sur les colines, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle.Seul bémol le concierge ne sait pas qu'on ne chauffe pas une maison de 150m2 (avec chauffage au sol) en 2h, nous avons eu froid le premiÚre nuit.Sinon agréable séjour.

Quelques dĂ©tails trĂšs problĂ©matiques tout de mĂȘme : -garage inaccessible et non prĂ©cisĂ© dans l’annonce (problĂšme pour les vĂ©los) -bruits pompe Ă  chaleur et panneau solaire difficilement supportables dans les chambres du fond (mĂȘme la nuit) -Baies vitrĂ©es qui ne se verrouillent pas : obligĂ©s de fermer les volets en quittant la maison -vaisselle dans un Ă©tat absolument dĂ©plorable, surtout les verres (nous avons du laver systĂ©matiquement les 2 verres et les 3 gobelets utilisĂ©s toute la semaine car les autres Ă©taient non utilisables, alors que de beaux verres bien propres Ă©taient mis sous clef dans le salon) -canapĂ©s trĂšs usagĂ©s. Mauvaise assise.

Villa correcte

La villa dispose de beaux volumes. Trop de choses inutiles en vaisselles. Pas assez c’est un inconvĂ©nient mais trop c’est pas un avantage non plus. Certains Ă©quipements nĂ©cessitent un bon nettoyage ou doivent ĂȘtre changĂ©. (Mini Four inutile, four traditionnel tout gras a l’intĂ©rieur, hotte grasse...) De temps en temps, des micros coupures de courant se montrent. Impossible de voir la cause. Ce problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© Ă  la propriĂ©taire et devrait ĂȘtre corrigĂ© prochainement. Un entretien des espaces verts seraient Ă  prĂ©voir (dĂ©sherbage, arrosage...) La piscine est sympa mĂȘme si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter en vue de la tempĂ©rature de l’eau. Celle ci n’est pas chauffĂ©e. A notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons eu des problĂšmes de chauffage. La nuit est trĂšs fraĂźche en octobre. La propriĂ©taire a gĂ©rĂ© super rapidement ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment. Dommage que cette villa ne soit pas sous une maintenance. Cela permettrait que tout soit davantage mieux entretenu (intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur) Les espaces de vie permettent de partager des moments conviviaux. Dans l’ensemble, le prix de la semaine est assez correcte.

Jolie Villa superbe vue !

Marie- Laure et son mari sont des propriétaires trÚs accessible. Vanessa et son mari qui s'occupent de la villa aussi ! La villa est trÚs mignonne avec une vue superbe. Petit bémol : le circuit électrique ou la puissance qu'il faudrait revoir car le soir trÚs compliqué d'utiliser un four avec les lumiÚres allumés par exemple.. Je recommande. Rapport qualité prix au top !

Fantastisch verblijf

De villa is mooier dan verwacht met hele nette kamers en een prachtig terras. Aan de rand van de buurt heeft de tuin en het zwembad een fantastisch uitzicht over het dal. Locatie is ook super. Het is een nette buurt en mooie omgeving met genoeg vakantie activiteiten.

Optimales Haus fĂŒr Entspannung und AusflĂŒge an der CĂŽte d'Azur

Wir haben uns im Haus der Mageats wirklich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar einen Gasgrill fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche Grillabende. Wir fanden es ĂŒberall im Haus sehr sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft wartete sogar eine Flasche leckerer RosĂ© im KĂŒhlschrank auf uns. Die Terrasse und der Poolbereich liegt Richung SĂŒden und Westen, sodass man schön in der Abendsonne essen und bis Sonnenuntergang noch eine AbkĂŒhlung im Pool nehmen kann. Der Pool ist vollkommen ausreichend fĂŒr eine AbkĂŒhlung. Schwimmen kann man im Meer. Die Lage des Hauses war fĂŒr uns optimal. Direkt hinter dem Haus genießt man einen unverbauter Blick mit Aussicht bis in die Berge. Dadurch ist es auf dem GrundstĂŒck immer angenehm ruhig und nachts kann man auch ungestört bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Vom Haus aus gelang man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto zu einem sehr schönen und weitlĂ€ufigen Sandstrand, der an ein Naturschutzgebiet grenzt. Im Juni war es da auch noch nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Mageat war immer unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie haben sogar extra fĂŒr uns ein Kinderbett organisiert. FĂŒr die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort empfiehlt es sich zumindest ein wenig Französisch zu sprechen, da sie kaum Englisch spricht. Sie ist aber sehr nett und man kann sich zur Not auch mit HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen verstĂ€ndigen. In Summe kann ich das Haus absolut und uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. FĂŒr uns hatte es vor allem den Vorteil, dass man zu allen Ausflugszielen von Nizza bis Aix maximal eine Stunde fĂ€hrt und so immer schöne TagesauflĂŒge machen kann. Die ruhige Lage und StrandnĂ€he sind angenehm fĂŒr die Entspannungstage zwischendurch.

Schöne Villa in schöner Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage ( leider sind zur Zeit 2 Baustellen gleich nebendran). Hier fehlt ein Sichtschutz. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die KĂŒche lĂ€ĂŸt keine WĂŒnsche offen ( nur die Sauberkeit des KĂŒhlschranks ist zu bemĂ€ngeln) Die Zimmer sind gerĂ€umig. Der Pool war ok, unserem 15 jĂ€hrigen Sohn war er zu klein und nicht tief genug. Zum AbkĂŒhlen ist er perfekt. Einen Sonnenschirm hat uns gefehlt. Wir hatten schöne Ferien. Das Restaurant “ L’art des mets” kann ich sehr empfehlen.
