La propriété est située dans une excellente position à l'arriÚre du port de plaisance de Fréjus avec

Nous sommes arrivés à la gare de St. Raphael et avons été emmenés par le propriétaire Evelyne et conduits à l'appartement. L'appartement est propre et bien aménagé avec un accÚs direct au balcon de la cuisine, et la vue sur la marina est de premiÚre classe. La climatisation dans la chambre était une bénédiction. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Frejus et j'aimerais revenir, et je recommanderais cet appartement.

TrÚs bel appartement bien équipé et vue magnifique

Evelyne une hĂŽtesse trĂšs accueillante l’appartement superbe avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur le port les bateaux et la mer .plage 500 m Ă  pied . Restaurants et bars Ă  profusion .traiteur en bas de l.immeuble . Parking dans l.immeuble et ascenseur. J.ai passĂ© de trĂšs belles vacances et je recommande vivement cette location .Merci Ă  Evelyne pour son accueil .

Die 2 Zimmerwohnung ist optimal geplant. Das Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, super bequem, hat Zugang zum Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer mit ebenso bequemem Bett hat einen extra mini Balkon. Beide Zimmer haben Zugang zu KĂŒche, Bad und Toilette ohne dass man sich stört. Vom Schlafzimmer kommt man ĂŒber die KĂŒche zum Balkon. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist nicht mehr das neueste und hat Gebrauchsspuren, das hat uns nicht gestört. Direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist ein after work Lokal in dem es laut zugeht bis ca 24h. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig. Uns hat der Blick auf den Hafen fasziniert. Alleine deshalb wĂŒrden wir dieses Domizil wieder buchen. Wir könnne die Wohnung empfehlen, auch die Abwicklung der FormalitĂ€ten war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist optimal, man kommt zu Fuß sowohl an den Strand von FrĂ©jus als auch an den Stadtstrand von St Raphael. Alle nötigen LĂ€den sind in der NĂ€he und direkt unter der Wohnung sind Restaurants, CafĂ©s und Eisdielen.
