Walkable to the Munsterplatz and many shops, restaurants and bars. The reception area had a tranquil vibe and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed.

The hotel staff were fantastic, and customer service was excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect. However, the room carpet was stained and needed cleaning.
