Overall hotel experience 7.5/10 The suites, view, and balconies are very nice but the hotel is roach infested; 3 came running out within 20 minutes of being in room and a few every day but all in kitchen and bathroom none in room that I saw at least. Also, someone took a dump in my room right before I checked in. The utilities in room and room layout look exactly like pictures but my washer/dryer didn’t work and no one knew how to fix it. Food: 9.5/10 no complaints on food but room service order was wrong but still very good. Staff: 9/10 majority are nice a few were just there, not smiling or greeting *False advertising: the private beach is not open and I was told by receptionist that it won’t be for another 1-2 years. Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink, and pool hours are different than what’s advertised online pool actually closes at 7pm not 10pm. I would stay there again if they spray and get rid of infestation and also fix pool hours.

Landscaping is beautiful. Quiet and serenity makes it an ideal place to get work done. The WiFi works well for managing teams and videoconferencing. I'd stay again.

The lead is advertised as a business living hotel. There was no A4 paper , envelopes, pad and pen available in the executive suite I stayed in. It had a sticky note and a pencil. I was not feeling well 1 morning and I requested breakfast to be served in my room. They brought breakfast in a take away container in a black plastic bag. I was livid and felt very disrespected

This is one excellent edifice, everything was there one should expect at a Hotel. Bar well stocked, food good to savour and I’ve recommended it to my niece in the USA 🇺🇸 who booked me here to evaluate the whole place in preparation for her wedding in December 2026.

Terrific oasis for business travellers

This hotel has modern spacious suites and is set in a nice part of town with views. The food and drinks + breakfast are great and service friendly and security is high! Would strongly recommend this place for any business traveler!
