Sweet 2nd row home with a deck facing the pedestrian beach off Sea Shell. The home was enlarged and updated in 2009. A new louvered storage area is downstairs, and an aluminum lift is off the deck. Enter into the living room/dining area with the kitchen to the right. The bedroom branch off the living room as well as one of the baths. The other bath is off the primary bedroom. There is a lot of storage in this home. You will love the neighbors as well as the location
