The room that was assigned to me had a very mild unpleasant odor. The black out curtains were a total waste of time. The bed had roller wheels on the bed frame and the floor is smooth tiles..so the bed moved under certain conditions. The floor in front of the AC unit had a slick feel so you had to very walking in that area. Overall the room was not to the standard of the other hotels i stayed at in Trinidad. The

My room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Maybe twice the whole week I was there. Kara was good the check in clerk and the other lady at the pool bar very sweet. All the other staff especially in the dining hall was rude and had attitudes. We didn’t get complimentary breakfast because they said we didn’t book with them we did it through Expedia and my card was charged 3 times for the hold instead of one. $300 was held unauthorized instead of $100 that was promised. Even the bar tender inside was not pleasant. The manager Giselle was also not pleasant.

We enjoyed the entire stay the staff was so welcoming ! We were welcomed with complimentary juice and even complimentary wings at happy hour ! Big shout outs to Ms.Anna at the bar she kept us laughing and great conversation she’s a Vet there and it truly shows with her extraordinary hospitality! The food and drinks was also very good 10/10. They offered a swim up bar as well. The hotel ambiance was great for pictures and the pool was big. It’s also located across from the pier where you can get local food and a great calm scenery I would definitely recommend this stay
