Rooms were clean shops nearby and staff was very friendly, the only things i could complain about was the rust around the restroom door, and although its not the hotels fault but there were an annoying amount of crickets on the property but its that time of year though so cant really do anything about that. I would stay here again

Rooms Need Work

The exterior and lobby area are perfectly fine but the rooms are in desperate need of work; mold on bathroom ceiling and walls (and bathroom fans that don't work so there's constant steam buildup) and the metal door jambs are corroded and rusting. And, because it's Fredericksburg, you pay a LOT for rooms that really do look like no one can be bothered to do basic upkeep.

The parking was great as finding a parking space in Fredericksburg is difficult, but the motel had plenty of parking. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate all of the guests. The coffee ran out in the breakfast area and we had to go to the lobby for our morning coffee. The motel was clean and the staff were friendly.

Floors were dirty, light switch dodnt work. When we returned later Saturday evening keys would not work. Desk staff had to come physically open door with key.

The area set aside for breakfast was so small there was no room to sit and eat. Breakfast items were very limited. People were stepping all over one another trying to make their breakfast and then the room was absolutely full with nowhere to sit. The pool fencing is in severe need of painting and there was very little seating available and some of the seats were actually torn and not stable enough to sit on. The patio area could be updated with very little expense and could hold some overflow from the dining facility, if umbrellas were available. I like this hotel and with just a little effort and minimal expense it could be so much better!!

Comfortable stay.

Room was ready when we arrived. Clean and comfortable. It was pretty quiet since we were at the end of the hall. Only complaint was the pool was not cleaned and I was hoping to get in it. There was a green algae film at the bottom. Other than that it was a good stay.
