Our Ranch House is a perfect Hill Country getaway for 2 you'll never want to leave! This stay is for 2 people with panoramic views of the ranch. Plant yourself into a rocker on the porch with a glass of wine or laze in the oversized hot tub. Starlink wifi!

The bedroom has a king bed, attached full bathroom with soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower (the upstairs is not available for this 2 person setup).

Fully stocked kitchen, open family room, 2 charcoal grills, catch+release pond!

From the moment you pull up to the private gate, you are welcomed into a working ranch featuring a small herd of miniature Hereford cattle, ducks, and two stocked ponds on 40 acres of Texas countryside – all ready for you to enjoy.

The furnished kitchens provide you an option to never leave the ranch, just bring your groceries with you! Your private guesthouse includes a living area with a TV, Direct TV, and a Bluray player.

With your complete comfort in mind, each private guesthouse is heated and air conditioned and has ceiling fans in most rooms to maintain your comfort. You will enjoy luxury amenities that include clawfoot tubs in the Barnhouse and Stone Cottage. The Grapetown Gasthaus features a unique stone shower. Fluffy towels, soaps and hairdryers in the bathrooms, and beds with luxury linens to ensure you are fully rested. The Stone Cottage and the Grapetown Gasthaus guest houses have hot tubs perfect for stargazing.

TimberRose is close to Highway 290 Wineries, Luckenbach, Bankersmith, and the Old Bat Tunnel. TimberRose Ranch Barnhouse, Stone Cottage, and Grapetown Gasthaus are luxury at its best. Host your wedding or event at our Event Venue, and enjoy picturesque memories that last a lifetime.

About 15-20 minutes from Fredericksburg or Luckenbach where you can enjoy the Hill Country and have your privacy to unwind. Easy access to town.

You will need a car enjoy the area. You can get a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to town and back if needed. It is fenced around the cottage to allow safe parking from animals. There are wine tour buses/vans you can hire, just be safe!
