Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Mother/Daughter weekend

The house was very nice and very clean. One thing I will point out is both bathrooms have a very large impractical sink and no counter top space at all. No place to put your makeup, curling irons, etc. This was a weekend with my 4 daughters and that was a frustration for us. One of my daughters sat at the dining table while another sat in the hallway floor to do her makeup. Also, the hot tub was turned off and the temperature was way too cool for us to use. This was one of the main reasons I chose this property and that was a big disappointment.
