Booked property and received confirmation the day of booking and the morning of arrival. Got access code and everything. Drove hours to the location to be told just 30 min before that there’s was a double book and the other family arrived already. Received a refund but being 4th of July wknd we were not able to find another place to stay & it ruined our one summer wknd vacation. Not sure how that is not communicate the way to last minute and wasting time, gas and our chances of finding another place.
