The Space:

Our home is very cozy, spacious, and well equipped with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay in Fredericksburg, such as: fully stocked kitchen, a living room, and bedrooms with more than enough space to accommodate up to 8 people. Our home also has a backyard, garage, and a driveway. Make sure to explore Main Street and all the best wineries in Texas Hill Country.

Guests have access to all spaces except for 1-2 closets, firepit and the left garage.

Other Things to Note:

Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, Emerald Stay Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions.



Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



HOUSE RULES:

- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay.

- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times provided in your arrival instructions to ensure a smooth transition between guests.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with an associated fee.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- Unauthorized parties and events are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.

- Additional charges (including shipping fees) may apply if personal items are left behind.

- Please ensure to return the garage remote before check out. A lost garage remote will result in a $50 replacement fee.

- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.

- If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.



Hot Tub Rules:

- Hot tub should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times.

- No glass or food is allowed around the hot tub area.

- Please place the covers back on the hot tub after each use.

- Please keep the fence gates closed at all times for water safety.

- For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the hot tub.



HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
