This property has been renovated and a great job was done. The furnishings are a mishmash of styles but that doesn’t matter to me. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. The beds are so comfortable and I slept great. It has some devices in each room that provide air conditioning and they work ok but they constantly blow air which feels cold no matter what temperature you set. Each room has a controller so they can be set individually. Now, as to why I rated it so low:The shower is spacious and nice with a rain head and a hand held. However there is a shower curtain instead of a door and no matter what you do water gets out into the bathroom. The curtain only comes to the top of the front entrance and doesn’t come into the stall to help keep water from getting out. There are no towel racks so you have no place to hang your towel while showering. The commode is low so if you are older it is difficult to get off of and there are no grab bars in the shower. Extra towels are provided but are under the sink, not where you would expect them. The living room has a cheap, uncomfortable couch and a small dining table with two chairs that are very uncomfortable. The “kitchen” is in the same area. It is acceptable. The worst problem we had was getting into the building. My sister and I are both in our 70’s and disabled. The first step is very high and there is no handrail which violates state law. We reviewed the pictures of the property and you can’t tell that issue.
