Indoor shower, romantic arbor with lights, bbq grill, and nothing but the wildlife! No detail left undone. Enjoy a romantic dinner on the deck under lights; relax for hours in the hot tub! Recently updated to include a full kitchen for a longer stay. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Romantic very secluded home with private hot tub area. Less than 10 min from the heart of the 'Burg!

- Bench in the front has been replaced with 2 outdoor chairs
- Bathtub window is now frosted for extra privacy
- BBQ Grill, please BYO charcoal
- We provide 1 complimentary fire log for the inside fireplace per night booked for your stay.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and we only allow 1 pet max and 35 lb weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard NOT fully fenced.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
