Located within Sanctuary Village, a master-planned residential community, this bright, comfortable two-bedroom cottage provides an inviting place to relax after a day in Franklin or the surrounding mountains. When you prefer to stay close to home and unwind, enjoy the private back porch and the outdoor spaces throughout the community.

The cottage is just a few blocks from Historic Main Street and the Little Tennessee River Greenway. From here, you can walk to locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, museums, and seasonal festivals and events. With easy access to the area’s main routes, you can also take day trips to nearby mountain towns and outdoor destinations.

The cottage accommodates up to four guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. The living area includes a leather sofa, leather recliner, and television with YouTube TV. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, electric range with oven, microwave, compact dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and basic kitchen essentials. A full-size washer and dryer are also available inside the cottage, and central air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable throughout the year.

Guests are welcome to enjoy Sanctuary Village’s walking trails, parks, and designated common areas. Use of the community gas fire pit requires a signed liability release. Access information is available to registered guests upon request.

The nearby Little Tennessee River Greenway provides a scenic setting for walking, running, biking, birdwatching, kayaking, paddle boarding, and relaxing along the river. If time allows, visit several of its access points, as each offers a different perspective on the Greenway. Maps and additional information are available at FROG Quarters on East Main Street.
