A great hotel with a convenient location. We were headed to the Patriots game and this location was a quick 10 minute drive away. It’s also close to the Wrentham outlets. The rooms were clean and they had a good spread for the free breakfast. My only complaint is that the mattress was so uncomfortable, I could feel the springs.

Horrible people are employed here…

There was no water available for showers for two days straight. When I asked the front desk person named Cartier about the situation he snapped at me and went on an absolutely unhinged rant and told me he could cancel my room and find another place to stay.

Hotel major issues. * 1 elevator out for 5 days * Portico could only accommodate 1 car, which was disappointing on rainy departure day as everyone leaves around the same time. *Staff, except 1, were not very accommodating. *Garbage disposal was blocked up, these rooms have kitchenettes. *TV cut in and out constantly, "no signal".

I've stayed here several times before and it was always clean, convenient, and quiet. This time it was not quiet at all. A lot of loud groups of kids in the hallways making noise late at night, and lots of stomping/thud sounds overhead 2 nights in a row. I called the front desk and asked them to check it out. They said they found nothing. They suggested I call all the rooms above me to investigate it myself. They also offered to switch my room but this was close to midnight- not an easy time to pack up everyone and move.

Hotel was decent besides the room had a smell… not sure if it was the dishwasher or garbage disposal but it wasnt pleasant. We ran dishwasher and ran hot water down drain for a while seemed to help a little. Would have been nice to open a window to air it out though. The staff was helpful with an early check in. Although there was not any late/overnight staff we could find to help when we arrived back from concert at Gillette. Checkout was easy.

Have not stayed here before but have stayed at a neighboring property before. It’s a fairly new property and well maintained. Person that checked us in was distracted and could have been more helpful… didn’t point us to the elevators, etc.

I think the hotel has clean and well-maintained facilities, but I had one of the least welcoming and most unprofessional check-in experiences. The young woman who checked me in did not say a word upon seeing me, appeared visibly unhappy to be there, did not have an easily understandable speech, and, when I asked about the locations of the elevators and breakfast, simply pointed with her finger.
