Hotel stay was excellent and staff are friendly. Walking distance to central train station and nearby attractions. Just need to be careful at night, don't wander alone at night from 10pm to 6am as its near the red light district and nearby smokers of all kinds.

The hotel was quite nice. It stood out amidst a terrible neighborhood. We knew the area was sketchy before staying there, because the convenience of just a few blocks from central station was too good to pass up. Beware of this when booking if you are nervous about it.

This property is not suitable for families based on the area it it in. Groups of drug dealers and takers operate along street the hotel is on and the 5 minutes walk to station was not comfortable at all.

The hotel itself is Amazing and The staff are so nice , but the moment you step out you see all the homeless people and there’s a sex working area right there. Amazing hotel wrong location.

Good Price, Bad Service, Worse Neighborhood

If you’re paying around €80 per night, this hotel is fair enough—but brace yourself for a few quirks. First, the neighborhood is… an experience. Think junkies on the streets and human “surprises” on the corners. Not exactly postcard material. Check-in and check-out? A masterclass in inefficiency. They even downgraded our room by mistake, and we had to march back downstairs—armed with photographic evidence—just to get the premium room we actually booked. Breakfast was basic at best, heavy on bread, cheese, and cold cuts. The scrambled eggs? Suspiciously synthetic, but if you insist, they’ll fry you a real sunny-side-up egg instead. Bottom line: **good value

Close to station. Nice hotel. Clean. Perfect bed. Sometimes a lot of junks in the streets near the station. But that's a problem of the town Frankfurt and not related to the hotel. Breakfast good.

Comfortable but location is disturbing

Hotel was great but the location did not feel safe after sunset. There was shady guys/men walking past as it is the direction to “red light area”. Foot path leading to hotel was also smelly with urine and during the day, you can see people smoking weed and some passed out on the side of the road. Ok for couples without children. Sadly not a place we would return to stay tho.
