Hotel is dated, and not in the best neighborhood. But, it is convent, only a couple blocks from Frankfurt’s Hbf, and about a 10-minute walk to the Christmas Market!

The property was centrally located. The main train station, museums, historical sites were all within walking distance. There is a grocery store across the street. Good price for the room. Staff were nice and helpful.

Front desk guy was really nice and upgraded our room. Older hotel so some furniture is worn but the bed was tidy and comfortable. It is a value hotel and suited 2 adventurous gals in their early 70s. We walked it easily from the train station in a light rain.

Cheap and Convenient

No frill hotel near the Frankfurt Hbf. Great deal for a clean room and a good place to sleep. Down stairs is a bunch of amazing Turkish and Lebanese restaurants. My personal favorite is a Turkish seafood grill around the corner.

It’s a decent cheap hotel a 4 minute walk from the train station. However it’s quite dirty, and to top it off there was no working AC which no one made us aware when we checked in. Would definitely not have stayed had we known NO working AC. With that it wouldn’t have been terrible, nice staff.

Probably the worst hotel experience we ever had - the A/c was not working and it was 30 degrees outside. Rather than telling us and offering us to cancel/refund - we got back to the hotel late before we realized and then just suffered through it. (They were aware of this issue as we let them know the next morning and they said they knew). When we went to check in - there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. The bathrooms also smelled like sewage backing up which made the whole room smell. There was also no welcome drink as advertised

Beautiful hotel, great location. Unfortunately however, the pictures on the website are misleading & we never got a welcome drink as it clearly states when booking. Additionally, there is no bar. Also, the climate control doesn't work, so every day it was very hot in the room. This is very uncommon for a "4 star hotel" Even 3 star hotels in Frankfurt have it better. Atrium was ok, not bad, but for 4 stars, you expect, well, 4 star hotel.

Avoid if your budget allows

The hotel is very very tired. The bathroom window is broken and will not close. Only 1 light worked in the room, which was probably a good thing to not see the cleanliness or lack of. The area is not very nice, but is only a 15 minute walk to nice areas. I wouldn't want to walk back alone at night.
