A double room please.... for me and ....

The hotel is clean overall. Linen and towels are not changed every day. If you book in this hotel, make sure not be hosted in the basement: rooms are big and comfortable but there is a strong smell of mold and dampness. I managed to change the room but I wasn't so lucky.... I got a really tiny room with an unbearable heat. The day of departure I also found a huge spider in the shower... that was really scary. I advised all the staff (always nice and friendly) but they didn't seem to be shocked by the unpleasant guest.....the question is:" are they used to it"?

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr guter Preis / Leistungsverhältnis Gerne wieder nur sollte mal auch in den Ecken bzw unter den Nachtischen etwas gründlicher sauber gemacht werden.
