We were upgraded, the room was lovely. As we were both recovering from a bout of the flu, we did not explore any of the amenities on offer. However, very clean room and a lovely place to rest up.

Left my husbands ring in the room, Called right away at 7:45 am when past through security. Not enough time to go back. They refused to send anyone to check stated had to wait for housekeeping at noon. Very disappointed and difficult to get through to the hotel. I doubt we will see it again. Room 8237 M Stuart
