Luxury holiday home in nature near ski area and nature park

Our detached 4-season holiday home is located in the Feriendorf Frankenau next to the National Park Kellerwald-Edersee near the town of Frankenau. Directly from the house and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and Nordic walking throughout the year. Horse riding is also possible.

With Willingen and Winterberg a 45-minute drive away, it is also ideal for winter sports.

The house is suitable for 6 people and has a new and modern interior. For example, bathrooms and toilets have recently been completely renewed. The kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped.

In the seating area there is a TV with Dutch channels in HD quality with a DVD player. and a pellet stove. There are 6 modern chairs around the large dining table. All three bedrooms have 2 single beds and a sink with cold and hot water. The downstairs bedroom also has its own extra toilet. A high chair and camp bed are available. There are also some mountain bikes with a helmet at your disposal.
The house has a spacious garden with lots of privacy, sun and shade options.
You can also enjoy the sun on the balcony.

Schön aber nicht sehr sauber

Es ist ein wirklich hübsches kleines Häuschen in wunderschöner ruhiger Umgebung. Was mich gestöhnt hat, war das wir weder Spüli, Handseife noch einen Schwamm oder ein paar Lappen hatten. Ich finde auch wenn es eine Ferienwohnung ist, solch kleine elementaren Dinge sollten vorhanden sein und wenn nicht sollte es in der Beschreibung stehen, dann hätte ich es mitgebracht. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig, was mich wirklich gestört hat, also habe ich erst mal Mikrofaser Tücher gekauft und die Fenster geputzt. Die Betten waren für mich und meinen Partner auch schwierig, wir hatten richtig schlimme Rückenschmerzen am nächsten morgen. Na ja, aber vielleicht sind wir auch empfindlich. Was sehr schön war, war der pellets Ofen, wirklich schön und kuschelig. Das Haus hat viele Erinnerungen wach gerufen, da ich dort vor vielen Jahren auf Klassenfahrt war. Vielen Dank es war eine schöne Zeit

Das Haus ist so alt, das der Wind durch die Ritzen pfeift. Die Fenster kaum zu öffnen sind.

Wir würden in diesem Haus keinen Urlaub mehr buchen. Kalt und ungemütlich. Ein Ofen der die Wärme nach vorn abgibt und rechts und links im Wohnbereich und Essbereich ist es kalt. Die Einrichtung das Geschirr der Küche angeschlagen und Besteck nicht ausreichend. Ein Sammelsurium. Es war nichts von Luxushaus wie im Netzt angepriesen. Die Gegend und die Ausflüge haben unseren Unmut gedämpft.

es besteht ein Renovierungsbedarf, der Kinderspielplatz der angepiesen wurde konnte nicht benutzt werden, Kiosk geschlossen, man konnte in der Umgebung viel unternehmen als Luxusferienhaus kann ich es nicht bezeichnen, für in Wochenende angemessen

Ganz schönes Haus

Schönes Haus, in der Region Edersee kann man einiges mit Kindern machen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist, wie in anderen Bewertungen schon zu lesen ist, sehr hellhörig, für eine Familie trotdem ganz gut geeignet.

Ruhige und schöne Lage - Haus schlecht ausgestattet und ein wenig schmuddelig

Die Zimmer waren staubig und wirkten eher wie in einer Jugendherberge. Fast alle Spiele und Bücher waren auf Niederländisch. Wo hier der "Luxus" im Luxus-Ferienhaus sein soll ist uns reichlich schleierhaft. Die Badezimmer waren dreckig, die Toilettenpapier Halterungen rostig und die Dusche war so stark von Kalk betroffen, dass dort duschen eher eine Zumutung war. Der Terrassentisch ist ziemlich zugemoost, dass man draußen auch diesen kaum nutzen wollte. So viel zum Thema Luxus.

Schöner Urlaub in netter Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig und sauber eingerichtet. Alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Ein Pellet Ofen sorgt für die nötige Wärme in der Hütte. Alle Räume haben eine kleine Elektroheizung, die mehr oder weniger gut zu steuern ist. Die gesamte Hütte ist insgesamt sehr sauber und vermittelt einen guten Eindruck. Aufgrund der Bauweise sind die Räume jedoch etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten kann man eine klare Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.

mooi huis met wat ongemakken

Geriefelijke woonkamer en goed geoutilleerde verhoogde keuken (5 treden) met wat weinig bergruimte voor boodschappen e.d. Huis is erg gehorig wat bij meerdere personen hinderlijk kan zijn. De parkeerplaats is weliswaar bij het huis, maar daarvoor wel een stukje klimmen. Huis dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Ruime tuin om het huis met veel privacy in een groot vakantiepark

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben drei Nächte mit unserer Familie dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns an Nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist super gelegen, um Ausflüge zu machen. Kleines Manko an dem Haus: es ist sehr hellhörig - aber als Familie stellte dies für uns kein Problem dar. Werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen.
