O Hotel Fasano é uma referência em hospitalidade na cidade. A localização, no coração dos Jardins, é simplesmente perfeita. Esperávamos um up grade pro ter reservado pelo hotels.com mas não tivemos. O quarto básico não condiz com preço nem o status do hotel. Banheiro pobre, amenities fracos, toalhas finas e ásperas, parede do banheiro capiscada, revestimento de porcelanato enquanto deveria ser de mármore como nas categorias superiores. Ou seja, o básico não acompanha o padrão das outras categorias de quartos. Hotel muito escuro. E a comida já não é mais a mesma coisa. Não adianta a rede crescer e o padrão cair. Decepção total.
