Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The host was not available by email before had and my Mom and I went regardless. After a difficult time finding the location, we arrived in the late afternoon and we could not reach the host. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute. We were not allowed a refund.
