Breakfast was disappointing with cheap products and processed items, but it was convenient. 24hr reception was good and the pool area was a nice option. The travel agent was useless, overpriced and inaccurate. Go to MMC Turismo Receptivo in town instead.

Very conveniently located hotel with great friendly and kind staff. Several varied dinning options around, covered parking on site and nice breakfast buffet. The building needs renovations, the rooms need seats since it’s very uncomfortable to watch TV or to stay in bed all the time.

Tour groups use this hotel, so try to avoid the rush hours. It's a basic hotel, but spacious and clean. Nothing special about the breakfast, but there are several choices. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Indoor parking is included.

Stayed at hotel as visiting Iguacu falls. convenient location to go to Brazilian and Argentina side of falls. A public bus service at low cost available outside hotel. Staff behind desk speak little English, but tour agent in hotel provide plenty of advice in fluent english.

Convenient location

The hotel is within walking distance to the center of the town. It is located on the bus line #120 which goes to the airport and the Brazilian sides of the falls. The bus to the Argentinian side will also stop there and one can take a direct bus to Itaipu from there. Another floor is added to the building, so that it is currently under construction. It also needs remodeling. The main problem is the parking lot of a bar on one side of the building. When the bar closes at three in the morning the patrons will talk loud enough or run up their cars, so that one gets woken up enevitably.

Check-in às 14h e check-out às 11h, o hóspede é tungado em 3 horas de sua diária. Para um destino claramente voltado às compras, é inaceitável o hotel não oferecer balança para pesagem de bagagens, nem mesmo paga. Localização boa, em ladeira íngreme, com supermercados, farmácias, bares e restaurantes próximos. Ônibus para Paraguai, Argentina, aeroporto e terminal passam na avenida. O quarto é amplo, com cama de casal e solteiro, bons colchões e travesseiros. Lençol não se ajusta bem ao colchão. Espaço para bagagens é limitado e há poucos cabides. O cofre, essencial para quem carrega dinheiro, não funcionava por senha, apenas com chave. Porta sem olho-mágico ou trava extra. Ruídos constantes no corredor: carrinhos de bagagem e camareiras barulhentas. A limpeza foi mal organizada, só ocorreu após solicitação e com atraso. Poucas tomadas no quarto, o que dificulta o uso de eletrônicos. A mesa é adequada para trabalho. TV e frigobar bem posicionados. Internet wifi lenta e instável. Cortinas não são blecaute, prejudicando o sono. Falta outra cortina, clara e opaca, para permitir a entrada de luz sem prejudicar a privacidade. Banheiro espaçoso, bom enxoval e amenidades, mas com falhas de privacidade. Café da manhã dentro do esperado. No conjunto, considerando conforto, manutenção, atendimento, internet e custo, a hospedagem foi apenas razoável.

O quarto estava sujo, com muito cabelo no chão, na pia, tá certo que é um hotel mais simples porém limpeza tem que tá 100%. O café da manhã não tinha nem omelete só ovo frito, mas tem outras opções legais como carne moída e batata doce. A cama é extremamente pequena, sorte que tinha outra cama de solteiro que juntei na de casal.
