Three Quarter Cottage On The River Fowey

Three Quarter Cottage is a delightful property with plenty of outdoor space, fantastic views and off road parking. This wonderful home is situated in Bodinnick - close to the ferry into Fowey and a short drive to Polruan. Enjoying a private position, the house is still close to all the attractions Fowey and Polruan have to offer. The decked area is ideal for lounging or dining where you can relax looking at the views of the Fowey river and countryside beyond.

Inside the cottage, there is a good sized hallway leading into an open plan living space. Here you can relax in the lounge area or entertain round the dining table. The large and spacious kitchen has everything you could need and feels like a real home away from home.
Also on the ground floor are two good sized bedrooms both with kingsized beds, along with a bathroom that has a roomy walk-in shower.
Upstairs is the impressive master bedroom which has pretty views over the river, a luxurious kingsize bed, and a shower en-suite.
