Spinnaker is a lovely large 4 bedroom house with a traditional cottage feel. With panoramic views of Fowey estuary, the large balcony is the perfect setting to watch the sun go down. The conservatory allows light to flood into the kitchen and breakfast area which flows through to the spacious living/dining room.
Located in Polruan, there are fantastic walks on the doorstep with the southwest coast path easily accessible and the Polruan Ferry is a great way to visit the nearby town of Fowey.

Across the harbour from Fowey, Polruan is ancient mariner village. Clinging to the hillside and surrrounded by water on three sides, the village is a haven for yachts and a tranquil holiday destination.
Polruan has retained it's charm with only a couple of pubs, a cafe and a local shop. The nearby town of Fowey has a more lively atmosphere, with more eateries and shops and is just a few minutes away on the Polruan ferry. The ferry weaves in and out of boats of all shapes and sizes, making for a delightful experience.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a guided seafari, canoe, kayak or SUP trip on the water. This is such a great way to observe the plentiful river wildlife and wooded streams! It's a thrilling adventure, even for beginners.
The southwest coast path is accessible from the top of the village, offering some beautiful walks. If you are up for a challenge, you can take the path all the way to Polperro, it's a spectacular walk passing some of Cornwall's stunning remote beaches.
If you're looking for a fun day out, why not head to Bodinnick and explore the Hall Walk? This scenic route meanders through the beautiful woodland above the river all the way to Polruan.
