Zentral gelegenes Haus in süssem Ort am Meer

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Man ist schnell am Süd Strand und an einigen Minuten am Central Strand. Aber durch die Gezeiten sind hier immer nur kurze Badezeiten möglich! Aber man ist sehr schnell auf dem schönen Markt, in der netten Fussgängerzone und bei den Bäckereien. Kostenloses parken in der Straße oder auf dem Parkplatz möglich, aber nicht immer was frei. Schön sind die drei Schlafzimmer und die 2 Bäder&1 WC. Leider ist das Erdgeschoßschlafzimmerfenster zur Straße. Laut und schwer zu lüften, wenn jeder reinsehen kann. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm gut zum Verweilen. Gartenmöbel nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Schade. Garten ungepflegt. Könnte man mehr draus machen. Reinigung und Bettwäsche/Handtücher kosten extra. Kommunikation und Abwicklung waren aber problemlos. Gut für Ausflüge nach La Rochel und auf die Ile de Re. Nettes Haus für entspannte Zeit am Meer, aber nicht für einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern.

Très bon séjour à Fouras

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Emplacement parfait, à deux pas de la plage ombragée et de toutes les commodités. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied ou en vélo ! Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie qui gère la maison. Bous pouvez y séjourner en toute confiance

Très bon sejour dans cette maison de ville. Attention il n y a pas de place de parking attitrée mais on peut se garer assez facilement. Juste un petit point noir sur le ménage qui n'était pas nickel. Vitres très sales, pas mal de poussières, quelques cheveux sur des lits et pelouse pas tondue. Dommage car cela donne une mauvaise impression en arrivant. La maison reste malgré tout très agréable.

Cette maison de ville est très bien située, proche plage,proche marché aux poissons....( génial...) De plus tout est propre et neuf....pas de bruit...bref tout était réuni pour nous faire passer une semaine très agréable...
