A courtyard with an outbuilding includes a bedroom, shower room/WC, and small laundry room. The property is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave. Sleeping arrangements: 3 double beds (140 cm). Enjoy the outdoor space with its garden furniture and griddle.
The town center is 200 m away, and the main beach, South Beach, and North Beach are 500 m away. The bus station is 800 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.
To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental and €100 for cleaning, plus the tourist tax. =

Très beau logement où on se sent bien tout de suite.L équipement est complet.Tres bien situé nous n avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine.Le patio permet de profiter de l extérieur à l abris des regards.
