Lovely property and beautiful area.

The cottage is lovely. It is well equipped, clean and tidy. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. The cider, pancakes and cool water were very much appreciated on our arrival. The nearby beaches are beautiful. We would definitely visit again.

Très beau cadre et très calme.Toutefois manque de propreté: coulée sur les lambris de salle de bains, joint et parois de douche sale, les 2 fours jamais nettoyés, poussière au dessus de la hotte aspirante etc..... Dommage !!! Les photos de l'annonce de correspondent plus à l'état du logement.

Superbe séjour

Emplacement parfait : plages, balades equestres, balades a velo ou a pied, commerces, tout a proximité avec des paysages magnifiques. Equipement complet (barbecue, four, micro onde, lave linge tres performant - avec un bebe, ca compte...) avec reactivite notable des proprietaires (cafetiere changée en moins de 24h). Proprietaires par ailleurs très accueillants et discrets. On a adoré.

TRES BELLE REGION

Très jolie maison Mais le va et vient des scooters des adolescents de la propriété la nuit, ce n'est pas très reposant, la journée ce n'est pas grave car nous étions de sortie tout le temps Très petite salle de bain pour une famille de 4 personnes c'est très juste également - problème de chasse d'eau quand deux personnes se suivent la deuxième ne peut pas tirer la chasse d'eau car il faut quelques heures pour qu'elle se remplisse c'est quand même problématique. Aucune consigne écrite dans la maison ne serait-ce que pour les poubelles telle couleur pour tel déchet ; on a supposé que les poubelles qui étaient dans la descente étaient celle de la propriété mais rien dessus pour savoir laquelle était laquelle. Dans toutes les locations que nous avons faites sur Fouesnant chaque consigne était écrite pour aider les locataires dans se sens. On n'a pas à déranger les propriétaires en continu qui ne sont pas forcement disponibles quand nous y sommes c'est dommage. La télévision a fonctionné que le premier soir, impossible de la remettre en route les jours suivants, pourquoi ,on ne sait pas. La région quant à elle est magnifique. Justement, je voulais savoir à ce sujet,quand est ce que vous nous reversez la caution. Cette location reste un peu cher en comparaison de ce que nous avons déjà loué sur Fouesnant.

Very nice house and location (with limitations)

The house in general is nice and suitable for a family, with a nice terrace and garden. It is a quite place (next to a forest), nevertheless a supermarket, the village etc. can be reached in some minutes. You can also reach beautiful beaches and other areas of the Bretagne very easily. Unfortunately we had one problem after our stay: the owner has not returned the deposit: e.g. they complained the damage of rotten garden chairs even though they were in a very bad condition at our arrival. They demanded the payment of the end cleaning on our last day even though this hasn´t been published on their site of the house before. The additional high costs (linen, towels and end cleaning) have not been published on that site (also no advise that it will be required to bring your own linen).

Isolé, donc trés calme, mais à proximité du village et de tous les commerces incluant une grande surface. Un lieu central pour visiter tout ce que la Bretagne du sud peut offrir. A recommander
