This house is located in town in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Cap Coz, Beg Meil and Mousterlin. You can thus enjoy the beautiful beaches and numerous hiking trails at any time of day! You will have a large garden and a 55 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun from breakfast in the morning and the sunset during aperitifs. A plancha is also at your disposal to treat yourselves in the summer.



Upon arrival at this house, you will discover a large living room space with sofa and television (the fireplace is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining room, is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils necessary for cooking.

Still on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with independent WC. A laundry room is also accessible, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, you will discover the three other bedrooms: the first with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the second with a single bed (90x190) (ideal for a child) and the last with two single beds (90x190). There is also a bathroom and another independent WC.

If you wish to work from home, an office space is also set up upstairs.
