Apartamento bom. Limpeza deixou a desejar

Apartamento com excelente localização, acesso direto a Beira Mar, um dos principais pontos turísticos de Fortaleza; Estrutura do Apartamento é boa. Apenas a cama/colchão do quarto talvez precise de manutenção e/ou ser substituída. Coxão é um pouco duro, e faz bastante barulho ao se movimentar durante a noite; Ducha do quarto para banho muito boa. O ponto negativo fica por conta da limpeza. O Apartamento estava bem sujo (muita poeira no chão). Abaixo da cama do quarto, pela quantidade de poeira/sujeira que tinha devia fazer muito que não era limpo. Teia de aranha nas parede do quarto. As luminárias todas com mt poeira, inclusive as do quarto; Melhorando a limpeza, fica 100%.

Excelente estada, com um pequeno detalhe a ajustar

Tivemos uma estada muito agradável! As instalações estavam bem cuidadas, os funcionários (TODOS) extremamente educados e a localização era excelente — perfeita para quem quer descansar e ao mesmo tempo ter fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O ambiente era acolhedor, limpo e silencioso, o que contribuiu bastante para a experiência positiva. No entanto, o único ponto que deixou a desejar foi em relação aos lençóis/edredons. Não existiam. Contactamos a responsável pelo Apto e ela disse que estaria em cima da cama, mas lá só estavam 2 toalhas e nada mais. Tivemos que sair e comprar edredons e nunca pensei que não pudesse haver cobertores no local. Com certeza, se houver mais atenção nesse aspecto, a experiência ficará ainda melhor. De toda forma, recomendo muito o local e voltaria, torcendo para que esse detalhe seja ajustado.

Bastante coisas a melhorar.

Estadia perfeita, local perfeito, limpeza impecável. Porém, a comunicação não foi legal. Não sabia que tinha que levar edredom e pagar por isso. Não sabia que não tem café da manhã. Quando cheguei, não estava no sistema minha estadia.

Excelente apartamento, cozinha tem de tudo, ar condicionado na sala e quartos. Varanda enorme. Local seguro perto de bons restaurantes. Podem reservar sem medo ! Vale a pena.
