This was a wonderful hotel and such a great place to stay after over 27 hours of travel to get to Brazil. Everything about the hotel was wonderful except for one very small detail- the bed has very small blankets that are about the size of a child’s bed and each person has to use one- you can’t share because they are so small. I would definitely stay here again, but I’ll bring a blanket with me:) the breakfast was wonderful and the gym was great as well.

Loved the style of Pauli, beautiful interior and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the building is not sound proof. There were people in the courtyard late and kids running through the hall after 11pm. Didn’t sleep well due to all the noise. Bathroom in suite could have also been cleaned better, especially the white grout.

Alguns pontos ruins que podem ser melhorados e outros que talvez não. A localização do hotel não é boa. Não há recuo para carros na entrada e fica perigoso entrar e sair de carros (taxis ou Uber). Há apenas uma tomada no quarto, sugiro colocação de um sistema tipo relógio com diversas tomadas. O pessoal do café da manhã não é atencioso como o esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Há poucas opções de refeições no restaurante. Não há, durante o dia, alguma pessoa na piscina para serviços alguma bebida ou snacks.

O hotel tem tudo pra ser nota 10, mas peca em coisas simples. Ao descer do carro com malas, dois funcionarios da recepção viram, uma moça de oculos e um rapaz de barba, eu chamei pra ajudar, mas ele se fez de desentendido e entrou. Ou seja , tive que ir la, abrir a porta e subir a mala, já que não há uma rampa de acesso, esse rapaz trabalha na má vontade, tudo enrosca. - Aspectos da acomodação, a recepção tem cheiro de bolor insuportável. - O restaurante tá muito fraco de opções. - banheiro com limo de uma limpeza ineficiente - cobram por toalha pra levar na praia, ridiculo isso.

Pátio bonito, mas não é um 'Hotel Boutique'

Vi esse hotel no programa 'Hotéis Incríveis', do Modo Viagem e por isso nos hospedamos lá. A decoração das áreas comuns (recepção + pátio/piscina + restaurante) é de muito bom gosto e, especialmente o pátio/piscina é como um oásis, com árvores, cascatas e acabamentos aconchegantes. No entanto, o quarto é extremamente pequeno. Tinha uma minúscula varanda, mas com a cama king, é difícil se movimentar dentro do ambiente. A lâmpada do hall de entrada estava queimada, a TV na parede, torta. O box do chuveiro é mal dimensionado e minúsculo, sendo que há muitas marcas de lodo na parte de baixo das cerâmicas (algo que seria facilmente limpo se tivessem cuidado e vontade). Tanto na roupa de cama quanto em algumas toalhas, notamos pequenos 'esgarçamentos' de uso. Um dia, durante a limpeza do quarto (que só foi ocorrer lá pelas 17 horas), os funcionários do hotel quebraram a enorme porta do box. Ficou difícil tomar banho sem encharcar o banheiro. Tentaram resolver arrumando um outro quarto minúsculo, sem janelas, para tomarmos banho, mas tinha um chuveiro elétrico que não funcionava (ou seja, nem testaram antes). Enfim, o Pauli tem alguns pontos positivos, como a localização, que é próxima à orla (mas em uma avenida não muito agradável) mas está longe, bem longe de ser um 'hotel boutique', uma vez que peca em muitos detalhes.
