Property with impressive security access. Apartment nice and clean at our arrival. I was disappointed the apartment was not facing the seaside. the air conditioning from the bedroom was tricky to start and spent the first night with no A/C. The bathroom wash sink was clogged and despite several messages to the owner, nothing has been done. The landlord did not even apologize or trying to make a small rebate on the energy bill to compensate. Finally, very noisy at night, with poor window insulation system. The apartment is very expensive when compared to the service, and I would not recommend it.

O lugar é incrível, ótima estrutura e muito bem localizado, no melhor lugar de Fortaleza. O flat é novinho, bem decorado e bem confortável também. Adoramos e com certeza quando retornarmos a Fortaleza iremos ficar no mesmo lugar. super recomento!!!
