I said at the desk for a half hour waiting for someone to check me in nobody came. So I left and while I was eating, the hotel called me and told me that they cannot accommodate me due to an “emergency. They didn’t try to accommodate me. They didn’t even apologize literally the worst experience by far.. thank God I had trip insurance through Expedia because this hotel would’ve screwed me over

Very uncomfortable bed!!! Smaller rooms than advertised and there were several vehicle break inns while we were there! Luckily our car wasn't one of them but the car next to us was one night! A lot of riff raff hanging around the parking lot and surrounding area!!!

Needed to work from room, only one chair in a room for 4. We were told they were doing a favor letting us have two. Internet very spotty. Have to wait till 8:30 or later til coffee is in lobby. Had to use whole body to slam against door to open every time. Very noisy especially rooms above.
