Nice, secure, & convenient. However the renter policy house rules were concerning. Specifically the house rule that stated; if a neighbor makes a complaint you will be fined 500 no questions asked....and another rule...if one other person walked thru the door you would be fined 100 each person. I've wondered if they would go through the trash we left looking for a reason to fine us.

Short stay for business

Overall we were really pleased about the property and stay. The location was nice, the neighborhood felt safe and there were some basic security measures in place in the home. We had a little issue getting check in information in time, but I think that may have been an app issue and not the owner issue. We had plenty of room for all our staff and overall we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we need a place for a large group.

Vivi’s Place was perfect for our stay in Cowtown. Located near the stockyards and cultural district, nearby restaurants. Nice rooms with plenty of beds for our large group. Good neighborhood.
