Staff was extremely friendly at check in. Got to the room and it was not what we reserved. We were supportive have a king size bed with a pull out sofa instead we had 2 queen beds. Because of the hour of our arrival nothing was said until morning. Was told that the hotel was sold out and they did their best to get everyone accommodated

Paying for parking. Seems silly for a suburban hotel charging you for parking. Also, $15.99 for what is basically a Continental breakfast that is typically free at Hilton Garden Inns in the Midwest. The room rates I understand, but charging $16 for the same things that are free elsewhere. They could also replace a lot of the cracked tile flooring. One other thing, the bathtubs slant downward in the center, so you have to stand with your feet slanted while you shower. The people that work though seemed to be friendly. I did like not having to check in at the desk and using the digital key to open the door. It is in a great location if you have family in Feasterville and also in Roxborough/Manayunk. You have told roads and non toll road options for getting around.

Check-in staff were fairly rude. The room wasn’t ready and I didn’t get the room that I booked. It seems like they hated that I went through hotels.com in fact the past several times I booked through hotels.com. I didn’t get the configuration of the room I wanted. Overnight staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel seemed rundown, but the bed was comfortable.

Wall between rooms is not soundproof, we could hear the noise from next door. Mattress is on the firmer side. Breakfast is not that great.
