The house sits directly behind the Emerald Coast Science Center's parking lot. The parking lot can be accessed through the back gate of the property, so you you can simply walk your kids to the museum and playground.

The house is beautiful and very accommodating. It is very clean and that is so appreciated. It is centrally located and easily accessible. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and has a great fire pit with chairs plus a great pergola area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Santa Rosa house. It was perfect for our 8 adults and one 16month old as we came for our son’s wedding. We were happily surprised to see toys for our toddler and everything we would need. Brian was the perfect host. He responded quickly and met our every need. He even had a new high chair delivered within hours of asking about one since the house high chair was missing. The place is clean and has a great back yard. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks Brian for making the stay for our wedding long weekend so enjoyable!

Fabulous vacation home

This was the perfect vacation home, there were 10 of us ranging from 2yrs-50yrs. The beds were so comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Only 20min from Destin's beautiful beaches and minutes away from tons of restaurants. The host was quick to respond when we asked to have someone come out to mow the yard so our Littles could enjoy some outside time. The huge backyard was a great space for our littles to run around in. We enjoyed the air hockey table, all appliances were brand new and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed, TVs in every room, plenty of towels in the restrooms. We will definitely book here again for our next visit to the area
