The house is in a place convenient to drive to the beach and other attractions. The house was in good condition. If I had to complain about anything, maybe a little more mopping. There was beach chairs and other beach items in the garage for use also. It has a mermaid theme. Cute decor. Fire pit in back yard. We had a good stay and would recommend.
