This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Unit is fully furnished with a sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen size bed in the bedroom. Large balcony has access from both the living room and the bedroom. Unit is centrally located within the complex close to all the amenities at El Matador. Balcony looks out over the courtyard and also has a Gulf view.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Spectacular beach and comfortable and quiet stay!

Comfortable, warm and clean condo, with everything one needs (except for a crib for the baby). The complex has simple but complete amenities. The best: it has convenient access to the beach within walking distance of the condo. Very nice community and perfect location in the city and on the beach. I recommend it fully! Suggestion: improve the mattress of the bed in the bedroom

Great stay overall.

Only problem was the worn down furniture and water pressure was very low. Other than that, my family had a great time with all that was accessible during our 7 day stay (beach, pool, gym, and basketball/tennis court). Location was prefect not to far from the different excursions you would love to do. Definitely would come again.

Edge of the island so less foot traffic on beach which was perfect!

It was a nice place. Older, but clean. 2 pools that weren't super crowded. Hot tubs were inside locker rooms which was odd. They were not co-ed except for certain times of day. Quiet place. Family friendly. No alcohol allowed at pool or beach. Good place to fish. Wish they had a restaurant on site. Overall, pretty good rental.
