The resort tram takes you to Baytowne Wharf for an evening of adventure and fireworks. Wonderful week!

It was an amazing week. Our family of 4 came to meet up with other school families, for our kids 8th grade trip! And I loved the location of the condo, and everything that was available in the condo-extra things I didn’t need to bring or buy, it was already there, so wonderful. Our other friends had to buy things like ketchup, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc and all was supplied to us and I loved that.

The owner was a total joy to work with and rent from. She had such attention to detail and anticipated your needs down to the smallest thing! Kimble’s Amazing Beach Condo

Before our visit, the property manager was very personable, communicating with us on how many beach towels we needed, the age of our grandkids staying in a condo nearby so that they could leave them a surprise toy. They gave us all the information we needed prior to visiting, and the condo was amazingly stocked for our convenience with paper products, salt pepper spices cooking oil; laundry, dishwashing, and many Essential products. Not to mention packs of Mentos by the bed. We travel yearly with 18 people and shared with our group what a great Condo that we had found. Not to mention the beach chairs, Toys And umbrellas. Everything in this condo was of the best quality and very clean. The furniture and Wall hooks were built for efficiency and convenience during your stay. It was an amazing beach condo. Thanks, Belinda Kimble for all of the hard work & special touches that you put into making our stay the best ever!! We will definitely be back for many more beach trips.

Above and beyond

If you have read any of the other reviews, you will know that if you rent this condo, you will be very well taken care of. Belinda goes way above and beyond, from the communication you will receive before you arrive, to the ease of checking in, to the all the little touches she does to make you feel very welcome, to the checkout process, which she allowed us to stay longer due to no one coming in the next day. - The condo itself was perfect for my wife and I. The location is a minute walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach. - Everything you need for the beach is at the condo—chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, sunscreen, etc. - The condo is in a beautiful gated resort area with a golf course - We parked on the upper parking garage. The condo is right through the doors and past the elevators so it made it very easy to bring in our stuff and groceries - The kitchen isn't huge but works perfectly and is the best-stocked kitchen I have seen in a VRBO There are many more things we can say about the place, but just trust me, if you rent from Belinda, you won't be disappointed.

Best VRBO experience ever

This has by far been my best experience with a VRBO rental. Belinda is the best host ever. We traveled with my 8 month old and Belinda had the pack-n-play set up before we got there and there was a high chair so I didn’t have to worry about where my daughter would eat or sleep. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with every essential you would possibly need. Belinda is a conscientious and amazing host. I would recommend one of her condos to anyone who plans on visiting Sandestin.
