As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It has been REMODELED within the past year. With NEW KITCHEN CABINETS, GRANITE , NEW BATHROOM VANITIES and All NEW FLOORING throughout the home.
The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the 65'' flat screen television with WiFi, add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk Villa has it all! The second floor has beautiful embossed carpet throughout with two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.

Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa. The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk or take the golf cart for easy access and convenience, the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a short walk from the villa.
The family room has a queen sleeper sofa mattress! The back patio which includes a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seating to take in the view. There is also a conveniently located half bathroom downstairs.

There is an enclosed front court yard. Make sure to bring your fishing rods for some fishing at Horsheshoe Lake.
The master suite is sizable with a NEW KING SIZE MATTRESS . There is also a 40" flat screen T.V.
The 2nd bedroom has NEW KING MATTRESS with a 36" flat screen .The full bath in this bedroom also as a shower/ tub combo. The stack-able washer and dryer is located between the 2 bedrooms to help dry your beach towels.
When you’re not relaxing in the villa, you are close to everything. There is, of course, the beautiful beach, as well as plenty of shopping and dining spots right at your finger tips, nature trails, tennis, world class golf, spa, water activities and entertainment for the kids. There’s something for everyone of all ages from family movies & concerts on the “green” at Baytowne Wharf to a night life of dancing and adult fun (live bands every night).

We had an overall nice stay at the resort—the grounds and amenities were well maintained and created a relaxing atmosphere. While the townhome itself was in an okay location, it wasn’t as convenient or desirable as others within the community.The highlight of our stay was definitely the golf cart. It made getting around easy and added a lot of fun to the experience.That said, the townhome itself could use some updates. It felt dated, and many of the furnishings and kitchen supplies seemed to be very basic and lower quality than expected. A few upgrades in these areas would really elevate the experience.Additionally, we weren’t provided with any helpful property information upon arrival. Details like how to access the pool, recommendations for nearby restaurants, or general guidance about the resort would have made the stay smoother and more enjoyable.While the stay itself wasn’t ideal, we made the most of our time—enjoying fishing, golfing, exploring the Destin area, and taking advantage of the beach on the couple of warmer days.Overall, we enjoyed our time, but with some improvements to the interior and better guest communication, this property could be much better.

Everything from home was there. Only thing missing was spices for any cooking. If there was a storage box in front door area for a few sand bucket’s (take one give one type) so it wasn’t a need would be ideal. Again place was perfect! Just what we missed

Wonderful vacation!

This was our first time visiting a beach in the gulf coast. The townhome was exactly as pictured. Super clean, nice kitchen, the new mattresses were so comfortable, and the golf cart made getting around so much fun. The host was super responsive and check in/check out was simple.

The golf cart was a game-changer. Park your vehicle and forget it for the week. Silvano (property manager) was super-responsive and very helpful. Ice maker in the fridge was a little slow. The pots and pans need some help…and please get a lid for your blender. Those things are minor, of course. Overall a wonderful experience.

Close cart ride to beach

The golf cart was great. House was great, we weren’t there to “stay in a house” we were there to eat, sleep and sit at the beach! It was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to make dinners. The only thing that would be better was if they had a cooler and beach chairs so you could fly in and not need anything without having to rent the expensive ones from the shack on the beach!

Relaxing and fun location with wheels

Enjoy our short stay plenty to do and see the pool was nice and very close by. Beach and Bay short drive away in the nice new golf cart. Plenty of places to eat. We flew in and did rent a car but really would have been fine without one.
