The property looked run-down. Our second day there our son was taking a shower when all of a sudden the drain backed up and started flowing feces into the tub. The receptionist seemed unfased by it and moved us to a new room that had gapping spaces between the door and frame (big enough for me to stick my fingera through).

Nice stay and friendly staff

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Nice location too. Unfortunately I left something in my room and when I called the hotel after they were very helpful and found the item and are shipping it back to me. Even though I’m sure it was an inconvenience to them I was never made to feel that way, they were extremely kind about it.

Good value for the price

Clean, updated rooms. Only complaint was tub was extremely slippery...no mat . Coffee in rooms is awful. We skipped breakfast...it was crowded and people were complaining of running out of items. Good value for the price. I would stay again.
