First VRBO guests...they have done an outstanding job with this stay! THE HOST HAD WONDERFUL COMMUNICATION SKILLS and is very attentive!I knew there was something special about it when I saw it and I had to book it!The staging of the unit- perfectly executed, photos are wonderfully done bright and true, they were what drew me in! The price was extremely reasonable, not only for the unit itself and the amenities (which they have gone above and beyond with); its the little things that can mean everything- showing the attention to detail.BUT...The location is primo...for the price, you can't beat it. They basically have Archies bar/food/drink/entertainment and beach! in their back yard! I will certainly be staying here again, and hopes for furture acceptance for RV and boat parking, Awesome!!
