This is a newly renovated Penthouse with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River Lagoon. The living room, dining room, bar, kitchen, half bath, and large patio are on the top floor. Large steps lead you to the floor below where 2 bedrooms suites are located with a large patio off the master bedroom.

The two story condo provides the feeling of staying in a home perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway.

There are new appliances, a ceiling Bose sound system, large TVs in each bedroom and living room, and communal hot tub and pool. Also, there is a private cabana on the beach with bathroom amenities and storage for beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

There are several restaurants that are walking distance and the beach is right across the street. For those who are adventurous, there is an alternative beach 15 minutes down the street.
