Beautiful gulf access vacation home in SW Cape Coral. Immaculate! Amazing outdoor living space including outdoor grill, refrigerator and sink, tiki hut with stools, sun loungers, ample dining and seating space, Smart television, and more. Add to that the southern pool exposure for maximum sun, and fully automated pool and spa system, that includes multi-color lights, waterfall spa, and electric heater. House is equipped with pool alarm, especially helpful for guests with smaller children.

The master suite offers direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower, and centered garden tub. Large walk-in closet offers more space than you can use for your clothing and belongings.

3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. The king suite offers pool access and an adjoining full bath that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the king suite. The other two bedrooms both offer queen beds and share the 3rd bath including pool access and walk-in shower

Very comfortable and clean! Loved the salt water pool - setting the temp was easy and let us get the water just right for us. Enjoyed the dock and watching the fish in the light at night. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked great. All in all an exceptional vacation rental.

Everything needed for great family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family spring break vacation! The house was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved the spacious patio and pool & spa area and spent a great deal of time outdoors. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We appreciated all of the beach chairs & toys & umbrellas. Highly recommend!

Our family certainly enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. Although it was quite cool for January, it was nice to use the hot tub. We found the kitchen to be stocked very well with dishes and appreciated the spices in the cupboards for our use. Thank you for a great vacation.

Everything we could have needed was there!! Very clean house and yard. Plenty of towels, bikes for riding, pool and hot tub was warm upon arrival, within 15 minutes of anything u could possibly need and a quiet neighborhood. Loved the idea of the extra mattresses with bedding.

Spring break with 2 families

The house and the amenities were perfect for our needs. The pool/patio area was fantastic and the kitchen was very well equipped which was awesome with our food allergies/dietary restrictions. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they had cleaning supplies at the property so we could clean up after 4 kids. The only negative thing I can think of about the property is that despite having a bunch of TVs throughout the place, the direct Tv subscription is so minimal you can’t find anything to watch and the smart TV platform is too slow to use Netflix very well.

Fantastic vacation home!

Loved this property!!! The pool, hot tub and entire outdoor living with outdoor kitchen and tv made hanging at the house so desirable. Convenient to store’s restaurant beach and everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend this home. Very quiet block and Florian made the check in/out super easy. Love it.

Had a blast with family and friends while enjoying the pool, dock , fishing polls and kayaks that were provided. Beautiful, spacious home with all the extras and amenities that you love to have. Booking was super easy and the property manager was exceptional with their quick responses to all of our questions lol.. would highly recommend to anyone looking in the cape coral area.
