It's conveniently located near Tarpon Point Marina and the Cape Coral Yacht Club, just a 2-5 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery stores, with RSW airport only 23 miles away.

This updated home features a unique open-concept floor plan, natural hardwood floors, and an abundance of sunlight in the spacious family room. We can't say enough positive about our 3-week stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need. It's in a great neighborhood and centered in Cape Coral such that it's only 15 minutes to everything in town and a short jaunt to Fort Myers and places beyond. Communication with the owners was quick. I highly recommend!
