Breakfast omlets were super greasy. Scrambled eggs not fully cooked and slimy liquid. 2 customer service staff on Saturday evening and Sunday morning were very welcoming. The individual who checked us in on Friday evening and the individual who tended the desk Saturday morning were very extra and rude. Just "doing their job" and not welcoming.

The free breakfast and drinks during Happy Hour are a great bonus. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly. It’s also very conveniently located next to the highway that takes you all over Florida. I’ll be back!

I paid for a pool view corner room and they did not give me the room type or a reduced rate. Also, they are charging for parking now. The updates on the hotel are charging their concept. They are not honoring third party bookings with the same priority any longer. Not happy this time!
