This spacious 4 bedroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Spend your days lounging by the private pool and spa, stroll to the beach, restaurants, shops and live entertainment, then return home to your own waterfront oasis. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples retreat, or friend's getaway, you'll find this is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

The lay-out of this 4 bedroom home allows for plenty of privacy.

-The Upper Level that features 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), Bath, Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with daybed with 2 twins that can convert to a king bed, and has an open upper lanai.
-The Lower Level also features 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen), Bath, Kitchenette and Living Area with queen sleeper sofa. For privacy, just close the entry doors that separate the levels or leave open for free flowing access to the entire house.

-Mattresses encased in Allerease protection cases
-Pillows are also in Allerease cases
-Extra set of sheets in each room
-Samsung Smart TV
-The upper level primary bedroom overlooks the pool and canal with its own access to the upper lanai.

The Living areas have comfortable seating and both have 60" Samsung Smart TVs with cable and there is wi-fi throughout the house. You will also find games, books and puzzles.

Both Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of linens. The upper level bath has a shower/bath combo. The lower level is large shower, no tub. Both are supplied with hair dryers.

The Laundry room has two front load washers and two front load dryers for your use. You will also find beach towels here and bedding for the sleeper sofa and extra bath towels for the lower bath along with laundry supplies.

As nice as the inside is, Outside is where you'll want to be! You will find:

The main feature, the large free form heated pool and spa! This home sits on a lot and a half so has lots of places to lounge with adirondaks and chaise loungers. There's a shaded seating area in lower lanai with sofa and 2 swivel chairs and a high top table with 4 seats. There's a large surfaced BBQ Grill. There's an outdoor table wih 6 seats on the upper lanai and a and pool side dinette with seating for 4. And the large covered 12 top table.

Also included is everything for a day at the Beach:
Beach chairs; beach blankets; toys; cooler; and a Beach Cart to tote everything in!
There's a tandem kayak with paddles and an assortment of life jackets.
Fun outdoor games too like tiki toss and giant jenga.
Every attempt has been made to outfit the home with everything you may need to have a carefree and enjoyable vacation!

Best house we’ve rented. Communication with Barb was excellent, check in/check out was easy. The location in Fort Myers is perfect. The neighborhood is close enough the lively part of FMB, easy walk to the beach, easy access to driving south on the island. The best part was the house itself, perfectly spaced out for the 8 of us. Would definitely accommodate more people comfortably. The home feels like Florida, clean, modern appliances and furnishings. Everything we needed was there and working as it should! Our favorite part was the back patio/pool and dock! The landscaping made it feel like like your own little resort get away! The 2 covered patios were great when the afternoon rain showers rolled through. Overall, perfect in every way! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful in every way. Thoughtful design and very well stocked with quality cookware and accessories. We celebrated a relaxing Thanksgiving with our close friends and enjoyed the pool/hot tub and fishing in the canal. Would very highly recommend!! Hoping to be back next year. The proximity to the beach and Time Square amazing.

Everything about the home was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels (bath and beach), there was more than enough seating in the home, and the beds were comfortable. The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space when we needed it and plenty of space to spend time as a family. Great home!

Overall this was a great place to stay for the week. The house was as we expected, with plenty of room and just a short walk to the beach (only 5-7 minutes). The host had great communication and was helpful with any issues or questions that came up. They had lots of beach, pool, and kitchen essentials. We would definitely book this stay again!

This house was great. The outside living and pool area are fantastic. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything is so close you can walk to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Another great beach trip

This house exceeded our expectations. We all agreed that it was the best equipped VRBO we've found. There were ample bath towels, beach chairs, fans for every room, beach towels galore, pillows and two working kitchens with plenty of dishes and small appliances. The two washers/dryers were also a plus! We loved the pool and outdoor space as well. This was a great house for our party of 9 to have another memorable vacation.

Great property, great location! We stayed here with our family (8 adults and 4 children) plenty of space, beds, towels etc. Pool was awesome, couldn't get the kids out. The owner was GREAT to work with and very accommodating. I was very nervous as this was my first time renting through VRBO and I was not disappointed. Would stay here again.

Primo Pool and Palms was bettter than we could have ever expected inside and out!! The owner has put so much thought and detail into this home! We were there with 8 adults and had plenty of room. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool/spa are AMAZING and it was great having the 2 kitchens and 2 washers/dryers! Without a doubt, we will be returning guests!

This home is just as advertised. Great vacation house with a stellar location. House has everything you need and is kept up nice. The pool and spa were great for family fun in the sun. Kitchens have everything you need if you like to cook. The location is really nice, if you like to go on short strolls or bike rides there is no need to drive anywhere. Barb is polite and great to deal with should you have any questions or need anything.

Many times you'll see things online that exaggerate the real product - not with this place. All the rooms were great and very comfortable. The pool and patio area is probably one of the best in the area. A close walk to the beach, shopping and dining; this place has it all. Barb is also excellent to work with and eliminates any anxiety about the rental process. 5 stars for me.

Superb Stay!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Primo, for a special trip! It was a wonderful home base for exploring the island. Clean, comfortable, well appointed house! Lots of extra provided. The pool, patio & dock were the stars of the show and provided a fantastic gathering spot. Location was super for walking or biking to Times Square, other shops and restaurants, and the beach. Barb was super helpful and easy to communicate with! Thanks for everything!

One of the best vacations yet!

Wow! Where do I begin? We have taken many vacations and this one is definitely at the top! The house is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, close to everything yet a private feel. The owners are exceptional! The communication, hospitality and just plain friendliness were exceptional. We typically always try new places but we are going back to FMB next year and are booking with Barb.
