All in all the property was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The pool was very nice and the unit was nicely furnished and comfortable. Our issues were mostly with the housekeeping and rental agency that controlled access to the unit. Upon arrival we went to the rental office about a 5 minute drive from the unit and we’re given keys to the unit. The keys did not work so we had to go back to the office for another set. The directions for the internet we received did not work but finally after searching the unit we found a different set of passwords. We also did not receive the passcode for entry to the pool. In both bathrooms there was laundry in a wad in the baskets in the vanities. There were clothes in the drawers of the master and dirty undies in the closet of the guest bedroom. The hairdryer in the master was in bad shape and smelled like it was going to burn up. There was no visitors info book in the unit explaining the complex or where the beach access was. We have rented condos for many years and have never encountered a rental that did not have beach towels as part of the package also there were 4 beach chairs in the closet but 2 were totally unusable.
