There is comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the Living Room. There's a fully equipped, newly remodeled Kitchen with all appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher! There's a dining table for six so everyone has a place at the table. The Master Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed, a TV, and En Suite Master Bathroom with a Walk In Shower; while the Guest Bedroom features two Twin Beds, its own TV, and a Guest Bathroom with a Walk In Shower. There is cable TV and free WiFi in the unit. There's also on-site Laundry Rooms in each building, so no going home with dirty clothes!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Leonardo Arms is located in the quiet, desirable South end of the Island right on the beach with easy access off island to Bonita and Naples. The south end of the island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere, but still close to Santini Marina Plaza. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is mid island, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

Fort Myers Beach offers many good restaurants, boat and wave runner rentals, charter fishing trips, sight seeing trips, parasailing, casino cruises and the Key West Express!
