Unfortunately fort meyer is under construction and specifically this building the noises are horrible they star at 7:30 am, beach view is not true I couldn’t see the beach from the apartment from the side of the balcony you will I little bit

Giving this a 2 star rating for a few reasons: 1) When we first entered the condo, the furniture was moved all in one spot in the living room. We had to move around couch, chairs and tables in order to even move around in the condo. The patio furniture was in the kitchen. The heavy patio table was upside down in the kitchen so I had to move to the patio. It was also filthy and we had to clean it. 2) Master bathroom light worked for the first day then did not work. After calling to submit a ticket, nobody came to fix it at all. It was still broken when we left. 3) Huge clumps of hair in the jacuzzi tub. Disgusting. 4) The description did say the building was under construction but I did not expect the scaffolding and workers literally right outside of our porch. For the reasons listed above, I would not recommend this condo and would encourage you to seek other options. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is that the condo is right on the beach.

We love the property. The apartment was excellent, super spacious and comfortable for my family. We will definitely go back. The property have access to the beach and the pool was great.
